Factors affecting Marketing

I would like to take an example of Studio Company, and try to show how the factors(Micro and Macro Environment affects it in its activitis.The Studio is dealing with Audio and Video Recording and Editing in Tanzania.

Macro:
a)Political:Examples, its customer are going to sing a song to favour one opposition part, its difficult for a studio as it can lead to licence cancellation, hence is in missing of that income.
b)Legal forces: There are so many laws that influence the marketing decisions of this studio like, forbiden of some words in songs and some types of shooting.
c)Regulatory forces: The municipalities are blocking it in a way that, they have so many rules, about the area of its location and neighbourhood.
d)Societal/green: The place where studio is located is near to houses, so it is not free to work at nights as its customers like to relax outside after recording hence creates noises to its neighbours. Also any rubbish found it is said from the customers at night.
e)Technical: day to day, more technical equipments comes, hence makes the costs of equipment to be rising most of times.
f)Economic & Competitive: Due to low economy, the workers are looking for high salaries, hence makes to pay the high salaries so they could stay working there.

Micro:
a)The business: Business is growing, and its having a good name as it is among the first studios in tanzania and the owner is so familiar with that field as well he practised and helped many.
b)Suppliers and Buyers: Supplies are going high day to day on products, and you cant get product at a neded time, it takes time. The buyers of the Studio outcomes, mostly they pay after a time, they dont pay direct.Hence makes the income unstable.
c)Marketing Intermediaties: The ones who market the studuio, some times they mislead the customers so that they could gain, and hence people/customer to find its hard, until they meet the studio and know really charges.
d)Competitors: they are so many studios growing now, some they do make jobs in credits, and some are having new facilities, so its really a competition in that field.
e)Publics: Public still take music is a spoil thing, so they dont give support to their kids or to buy the outcome, so that these could earn money.

This is what i can give you, a view on how these factors affect the business and marketing.
