My level of customer with relation to the shop

I have never been in any CRM ( Customer Relationship management) or any program, but my relation with that shop i can put as Regular Customer.
They know me by face, and once they see they ask about my days back and life in general.
So i am already stolen by them as i trust what they advise me as i am kind of person/customer who needs informations when the product is unfamiliar or new to me (limited decison making).

I am a Clients, as more than a repeating customers, they can even call me when they have new African things.

People as a Competitive Tools

The shop/company have tried to use different tools to to catch up with the customers.
1.Try to have their awareness through the advertisements and displays on the shop.
2.They find their Interest by showing a good skin looking of a black woman, which really touched me, and made me to look to that shop more hence bacame a customer.
3.They made me evaluate that lotion can make my skin through the words from the seller.
4. They advise customer to try and see the good effects, so i had to try (trial) for the first time hence made me to use it since then by adopting to it..

5.The main thing, is they are working as a Team work, this helps to satisfy the custonmers.

Availability and distribution

That product is available in all small shops which sells African and Asians things.
The shop is just next to tram stop, and there is a parking place about 300metres from the shop.
The channel they used is:
1)Producer-Retailer-Consumer
2)Producer-Agents-Retailers-Consumer

So there is a good channel of distribution, and also the shop is reachable.

It can be called a Selective Distribution- use of only some available outlets to distribute it, as you can not find it in other shops than the Africans and asians shops.

Also other shops i have seen this product, si just next to metro Terminal and Bus Terminal and Tram Terminal, you can see how the shops are arranged to make it nicely available hence you can even do other shoppings as they are other shops nearby.

Pricing decisions vs martketing vs companies(7)

My product is a body lotion, so the price decision which affects this company is the Buyers Perceptions.
Because they are so many body lotions, so they have to put the price which buyers can afford so that to get their attention.
I can also say, they used a Penetration pricing (setting a price low the price of competing brands in order to penetrate a market and produce a larger unit sales volume).
So by using the lowest price and Buyers Perceptions, it touched me as at first i knew if its not good for my skin, i have not loose much.
